A Good Night's Sleep
In this funny, gorgeously illustrated book for ages 2 and up, Gabriel keeps his mom and dad awake week in and week out. He wakes up and moves beds to sleep in their bed in the middle of every night. His exhausted parents finally hit upon a plan they think will work, but it is Gabriel’s own developing understanding that will save the day.
This is the story of how Gabriel decides to stay asleep in his own bed for the whole night. It is the first in a series called Taboo Topics (the next titlebeing the anti-bullying, confidence-creating book Powerful).
Back blurb: It’s bedtime. Gabriel’s Mommy and Daddy are hoping for a good night’s sleep. But Gabriel has other plans…

Away from the public eye, Jacobson freelances across the board, for small and large companies’, PR agencies and she has ghost-written a book for a business tycoon.
Jacobson first gained experience at a large newspaper group where she worked her way into becoming a freelance feature writer for magazines, including marie clare SA and USA, True Love and Fair Lady, to name but a few. She has contributed to newspapers, including Sydney Morning Herald, The Star (South Africa) and she is freelance contributor for tabloid newspapers.
Jacobson is highly acclaimed for representing private clients in the commercial arena. Her features appear in numerous Travel magazines and newspapers. When not travelling, Lana hangs her hat in Johannesburg, South Africa and devotes full time attention to writer’s studio’s clients and writing freelance features and news for newspapers, magazines and online.
Lana is currently involved with newspaper feature writing, corporate communications, and magazine features. Originally written for her grandson's birthday, A Good Night's Sleep is Jacobson's first children's book.
